Rick is the founder of Northwest Plan Services, Inc. He has been providing services to the sponsors of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans for over 25 years. He has comprehensive, hands-on expertise in all phases of retirement plan operations, including plan design, implementation, actuarial valuations, employee communications, and ongoing plan administration and consulting. Prior to founding the firm, Rick served as a senior retirement plan consultant for several national benefits and management consulting firms. |

Tim joined the firm in 2002 following a 16 year career with Merrill Lynch / Howard Johnson & Company. He specializes in the design and administration of complex defined contribution, non-qualified, and employee stock ownership plans. He has been the senior benefits consultant to several Fortune 500 companies and currently oversees operations and technology for the firm.
